Our smaller studio is set up for creative residencies, offering desk space to take that next step from the bedroom studio into a creative career. Each desk comes with fibre broadband, access to a kitchen & bathroom, a small library and a community of diverse artists from every medium. 

With both a naturally lit floor upstairs, featuring large skylights and a ground floor more equipped for digital work, this space caters to any style of creative.
