Third wheeling Connor Crawford & Diva Ford
No idea is silly if you’re with the right person.
This week on the couches, I found two souls who have found their “right person”. Best friends and kindred spirits; Connor Crawford and Diva Ford call themselves, “creative counterparts”.
Call it what you will, but their friendship embodies the trust, vulnerability and silliness we all need to truly live our most creative lives. Connor is a photographer, musician and serial groove guy. Diva paints, makes, and transforms whatever she can get her hands on.
We talk about the relationship between creativity and mental health, explore the place of sobriety in creative practice, and imagine the creativity you could find at a hamburger grill.
I wish I could be there for one of their late-night, gnocchi-fuelled brainstorm sessions, but being the Third Wheel will have to do!
